I'm at the office right now, but am planning a walk this evening, and looking forward to it! It will be at least 30 minutes, more if I can manage it. Last week, the most I could do was 30 minutes before my right hip would absolutely argue (beginning osteoporosis, I'm assuming that's why). Hopefully a week further into this journey will let me progress past the 30 minutes.

I had my first scale loss since show up today since getting back on good track, 4 pounds. I haven't done the calculations and measurements to learn fat loss, but can definitely tell that has occurred. At home I just weigh once a week, at most.

Though my posting is limited right now because of no computer at home, I am meeting all my goals for great PP'ing.

Good luck to all!

I have been movin and shakin alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll day! aughhhh

For my formal exercise today I did 1 hour of cardio. 40min on the ArcTrainer and 20min on the Treadmill. Burned a total of 800 calories. Then I concentrated on my core.

The rest of the day was spent walking the entire French Quarter! Man, I'm going to miss that place. :( Just got home and now have my feet up. lol My tootsies are soooo sore!

Went to the gym again.
Today rowed 5000 m and then some weight training
Also walked the dogs (as usual) this morning
Didn't do it this afternoon, although I usually do that, too.

way to go everyone!

Most of my M&S so far today has been trying to move my lazy saturday butt and shake the dust off. I think I will see about a walk in a bit -- it's nice and cool today.

I didn't get to the gym yesterday with a very full day of activities, but Gabe and I went to a wedding and reception last night and we had a great physical workout dancing dancing and more dancing. Felt so good! And you know you can't feel good physically and do those things unless you exercise, so I am really pleased.

I got that walk in at the mall. To date, I'd just been able to circle the whole thing twice in 30 minutes, and my right hip talked to me tersely for the last 1/8 of the journey. YEA YEA YEA, last night I went three rounds in 39 minutes with NO problem! The hip was starting to whisper a tad at the end, but I'm so thrilled that this walk was right in line with time and distance I used to get when walking at the mall. WOOHOO! :):D:p

ankle is somewhat better, but still touchy. I ended up doing about a 20 minute total walk -- went to the grocery store to pick up sink strainer basket thingies.

Way to go, Miralin :D!!! Just remember "slow and steady wins the race" and take your time getting that ankle back into the swing of things :).
