Is there any benefit to using Potassium Asportate over Nu-Salt (potassium chloride)? And is it ok to use Magnesium Citrate for the magnesium supplementation??

I haven't read anything recently that the Eades have written concerning the kind of potassium, but in their book Fast so Slim (now out of print), he recommends No-Salt, so I doubt there is much difference between the two.

Magnesium citrate is chelated and utilized by the body better than magnesium oxide. It costs more but you take less. My doctor said you can't hardly overdose on it. Loose stools are the signal to back off.
Potassium is a different matter, because you can take too much. I'd check with a health professional.
