LigherLiving sells the machine (AeroPerformer) used in the study--basically a reformer with a small trampoline attachement--and the study n is small, but the results are definitely statistically significant. For people for whom weight lifting is not an option for whatever reason, this method clearly appears to have provided the same if not enhanced exercise benefits.
