Well I'm back and just got done with an hour of Cardio. Will do Pilates a little later today and will edit this to show it. :D

20 min 2.5mph 7.0 incline on treadmill
Total cals burned 820 :)
Boy that felt good.
While I was gone I DID exercise.
Friday ~ pilates
Sat ~ some bands and toning exercises
Sun ~ rest
Mon ~ Billy Blanks Ab bootcamp
Tues ~ bands
Wed ~ nothing
Then today is up top! :)

Go go Ally go!
Still icing down an ankle that I banged up yesterday, so my only exercise will be virtually cheering until it feels solid enough to put some weight on. I'm still doing the daily coffee run (10 more days, LOL!) but if yesterday is any indication those are going to be really slow walks. Still, it's sun and motion, and those help.
Move it, shake it! Rah rah rah! *giggling*

Take good care of that ankle Mirlain, so that you can get back to movin and shakin like before! :D

Miralin - Cheering is always welcome :D! But you are very, very wise to give that ankle time to heal. Years ago I sprained one of mine and was not allowed to miss any work (I cooked 78 hours/week). It took me over 3 months to get it to heal - and it still bothers me off and on to this day. So the healing is even more important than the exercise some times ;).

I didn't do my usual workout yesterday because I started with a migraine in the afternoon. The last thing I needed was a trip to the Y. The head is better, but not great today, so today I'm the "cool librarian" with the shades. If the headache goes away completely I'll at least use the treadmill for 1/2 hour tonight.

Bonnie - I hope the headache goes away soon !
Okay, Liz, Billie, and LisaV, where are you guys :(? Surely you're not taking a rest month, are you :p?
And Sherry - what kind of M&S'ing have you been doing lately?
Hmm - who else should I crack the whip at? Come out, come out wherever you all are - or I'm gonna start a list and do rollcall every day ;)!

Yeah, it's been touchy on and off for a couple months now. As far as the healing .....
*sings* All we are saying ... is give peas a chance!
Since I don't eat them, I might as well use the old frozen veggies for something, right? :p

Chasing little boys, blowing my nose, and trying to see out my red and swollen eyes, LOL!
I start with Stevie on Monday... and, will be rock climbing on Saturday...

Miralin - I have a bag of peas that has been used like that for years :D. I'm sorry it's not healing right away but am sure with staying off of it, keeping it elevated and iced, it will soon get better :).
Sherry - I find myself challenged by this time of year too. But it doesn't irritate my eyes or affect my nose, it just makes my ears hurt and gives me killer headaches ... Thankfully nothing that interferes with my exercise!
I couldn't post last night as my home computer died, and it's probably permanent. Hoping to take my bosses' laptop to use for the weekend.
It was an off day for exercise - worked VERY late, and, truly, I was really feeling the workout from the night before. Back to Curves tonight, however, and looking forward to it.
The food day yesterday and today is right in line with where it should be. Don't have counts for yesterday since my counting form was unaccessible, but it looked like ECC's were 29 and Fiber 22. Didn't try to figure Protein, but it was just fine and normal for me.
Just wanted to say Hello! Hope to get to do that again tonight!
