Perhaps this has been posted here before, but this has really excited my thinking so I want to share it.

This lecture is just over an hour, so save it until you have time, but I found it fascinating. I haven't read the book yet, but clearly I'm going to have to.

It seems to me that he is in the interesting position of both introducing a whole new paradigm about the thermodynamics of obesity and also just re-acquainting us with information that has been known for decades.

In any case, it has certainly changed the way I think about human fat accumulation.

I just posted this the other day here (http://www.proteinpower.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4522). (Thank you, mods for moving it to Media Watch. :)) Very interesting stuff, indeed!

I'm reading the book now. Well worth all of the, "Wait - what was that again?" re-reading of paragraphs I find myself doing. :p

Good Lecture.

enjoying the book, but I am taking it very slow. I am only getting to read a little bit each week.

I, also, find myself re-reading paragraphs.

Yes, lecture was good, but I do like being able to go back and check things out over and over again. He is certainly my hero !!
