B: Atkins RTD shake, hot tea, sprinkle splenda
S: 3oz chicken breast
L: 2c ground turkey/veggie soup, veggie (canned tomatoes, cabbage, celery, mushrooms, green beans), salad (greens mix, cucumber, yellow squash, mushrooms, tomato), 1-1/2T ranch dressing, 1/2 LC-serving of 73% chocolate, 1/2c Wild Cherry Diet Pepsi
S: 1oz chicken fajita meat, 1T natural peanut butter, tea, sprinkle splenda (during a frustrating part of the afternoon which made me want to eat; wasn't hungry, but this took care of the urge, especially the pb)
S: 1c ground turkey/veggie soup (before going to Curves)
D: 3oz tuna, 1T dill pickle relish, 1T Annie's Organic Buttermilk dressing, 2oz chicken breast, 1c cabbage, 1/4c kefir, 3T flax seed meal
Protein: 133
ECC: 32
Fiber: 26
Fat: 92
Calories: 1737
Water: 70oz down so far; working on final planned 20oz glass now, will probably start another!
