Where is everyone today? Movin'? Shakin'? Groovin'?

You've got to move this
You've got to move this
Oh Yeah
You got to move this and groove this
And move this song
Shake that body for ...
Baby let me show you how to ... do this
You gotta ... move this
You gotta .. move that
You gotta moo-ooo-oove moo-ooo-oove
Move this and groove it
Shake that body for me

That's my little bit of inspirational techno-hip hop for you. Or whatever that song is, I dunno but you can't sit down when it's playing. :D

I walked down the hill this morning, but it's a shorter walk on my therapy mornings (different bus to get to my therapist's office.) So after therapy, I walked past my bus stop to the next one, which was about 10 minutes. And then I went out at lunchtime, and if I'm not too tired I'm gonna hike up the hill tonight. Total should be about 45 minutes, maybe more if we do a coffee run here in a bit.

It's a gorgeous day here -- I hope you're all having a lovely Tuesday wherever you are!

(Yes, I'll get the decaf ....... )

I walked 10 minutes at lunch and 30 minutes at the air conditioned mall after work, which ran pretty late. I'm always glad to stay if needed, but was disappointed not to get to go to Curves. I decided to get the walk in at the mall. Working half the body is better than not working any of it! I'm also planning to use the Body Blade for arms and upper body for a little while tonight - maybe 2 minutes if I'm lucky. It's been SOOOO long since I used it! I don't know if I remember all the positions.

My boss is out of town tomorrow so there won't be any problem with Curving it tomorrow night!

Went to the gym with my hubby and son (again). We just got the membership recently.

Did weight training and 1500 m on rowing machine (not a long time/distance, I know, but I worked hard on the weights, first).

Usually do about 20 minutes cardio and five minutes cool-down, either before or after the weight training. Plus, I walk the dogs first thing in the morning, and usually when I return from work (yesterday was the exception, as my hubby was home and did it, alone)

Alice - Yeah for you getting in what you could :D!!!

Cmcole - Great job :)! I personally think resistance is the most important, so I applaud the attention to the weights over the cardio ;)!
