BTW, toward the bottom, he shows a chart with cholesterol and calcium dietary intake in four countries and also cardiac events. He briefly mentions that there is a relationship between calcium and CHD (but not cholesterol). Does anyone know... is calcium intake implicated by some in the creation of CHD? (coronary heart disease)
