B: 3 fried eggs (runny) and 3 sausage patties; coffee/splenda/cream

L: 2 hamburger patties, 2 bratwurst, about 1/2 cup cottage cheese, a few carrots/cauliflower/broccoli w/ranch dressing; a lc ice cream bar

D: 2 lc whole wheat tortillas with egg salad

S: 1 square Lindt 70% choc

Late Breakfast: Ricotta pancakes with raspberries and filled this time with protein powder as well as cheese and eggs.

Dinner: Steaks on the grill, salad, a little risotto with asparagus, guacamole, raspberritini's

L: Canned chicken, mushrooms, spinach - sauteed; sprinkled with fresh parmesan
S: flax mini muffin (homemade); peanut butter
D: ham and something (I haven't decided)

#1 and snack - 2c ground turkey veggie soup, 1/2c Eden black soy beans, 1-LC tortilla, 1T Smart Balance (w/ Omega), 2 tea bags, 1 splenda, 2/5 square 77% chocolate

#2 - 3oz chicken thigh, spices, 1/2c broccoli, 2c cabbage, olive oil

#3 - 1-1/2 scoop protein powder, 1T cocoa, 1/4c kefir, 1T flax meal, 1-1/2 pkt Splenda, 1/4t cinnamon

#4 - 4oz chicken breast, 1T CLO

9am 2 eggs scrambled w/ cream cheese + broccoli, 3 slices of salami
12 pm Protein Shake - (Sportpharma chocolate) w 2 packets splenda
3 pm Protein Shake - (Sportpharma chocolate), Fiber supplement
6 pm 3.5 oz Chicken Breast Grilled, 2 hard boiled eggs
9 pm 3.5 oz Chicken Breast Grilled, 2 cups Broccoli w parmesean cheese
12 am (midnight snack) 3.5 oz Chicken Breast Grilled (cold)

Total for day = 1439 Calories, 195 Protein, 59 Fat, 32 carbs
