Well for us here in the U.S., anyway...good thing it fell on a weekend...I get to hold onto my money a few more day!
OK...
B: coffee/splenda/cream; lc yogurt w/protein powder
L: ???
D: ???
I found a new trail mix at WalMart...it has sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, raisins and dried cherries, and some other nut I'm not sure about...maybe a soynut. Anyway, has 5 ECC per 1/4 cup serving with 8 g protein...a nice change of pace for a snack!

Do you have a name for this product and also, where are you buying the LIndt 85% choc? thanks :)
.
I've bought that trail mix at Walmart too. It is good, but it's hard for me to stay out of! The other little nutty thing is a soynut. I tried to remove most of the raisins and dried cherries, but sometimes that was tough. I was sure glad to see that variety appear - it is something that can be a great addition if used responsibly!
On the chocolate, I haven't tried the Lindt, but have discovered several brands/types at Whole Foods Market that fit in quite well.
I had always gotten the Chocoluv brand in the 70 or 77% cocoa (very dark chocolate) and from memory, each square (about 3/4" square) was between 1.5 and 2 ECCs. The other day when I was there, both versions were sold out so I started reading other labels.
I found and bought:
Dagoba Organic Chocolate, 73% cocoa, dark chocolate (10 pieces in the bar)
ECC 1.4
Fiber .4
Fat 2.4
Calories 31
per piece (about 1/4" tall, 2" long and 3/8" wide)
Yummy - this may have become my favorite dark chocolate so far!
These next two sounded so good, though the ECC per piece was a little higher. Having tasted both, I plan to work them in successfully. Both are very nice for an occasional treat:
Endangered Species Chocolate Company (The Wolf Bar)
Dark Chocolate with Cranberries and Almonds, 70% cocoa (15 pieces in the bar)
ECC 2.54
Fiber .4
Fat 2.2
Calories 34
per piece (about 1/4" tall, 1" long and 3/4" wide)
Endangered Species Chocolate Company (The Tiger Bar)
Dark Chocolate with Expresso Beans, 70% cocoa (15 peices in the bar)
ECC 2.7
Fiber .4
Fat 2.2
Calories 33
per piece (about 1/4" tall, 1" long and 3/4" wide)
Two more ways to incorporate regular grocery store chocolate:
Bakers Bittersweet Baking Chocolate Squares (1/4 of 1 ounce square) (Hershey's may make this version as well; if so, the numbers may vary slightly.)
ECC 3
Fiber .5
Fat 2.5
Calories 35
I'm not sure of the cocoa content. I also really like this chocolate!
Bakers Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Squares (1/4 of 1 ounce square) (Hershey's brand available too; the numbers may vary slightly.)
ECC 1
Fiber 1
Fat 3.5
Calorie 35
Once in a while I will eat some of this just as it comes out of the box. There's no sweetening in it at all, but sometimes that is fine. I've tried working this into a LC sweetened treat, with little success. So, I just eat it plain once in a while. I completely realize this suggestion won't be good for very many!
Ghiradelli has a 65% cocoa bar I've gotten at the grocery store before and its numbers break out about like the Baker's Bittersweet (maybe a little better). I don't have any of it on hand to double-check.
Also, don't forget cocoa. You can do lots with it and it is a carb bargain too. Per tablespoon (Hershey's):
ECC 2
Fiber 1
Fat .5
Calories 20
Over the past few years I have developed a MUCH preferred taste for dark chocolate. I don't even enjoy milk chocolate any more. YMMDV (your mileage may definitely vary!), but maybe this info will be helpful to some!

I got my 85% at a local health food store...it was about $2/bar.
On the trail mix, I use the little snack size ziploc bags, keep a 1/4 cup measuring cup in the bag, and just scoop my self out 2 individual servings to take with me...so far that has worked. It's amazing to me how sweet the raisins taste...I've never been a big raisin fan, but I am actually enjoying the 5 or 6 that are in each scoop, along with the 2 or 3 cherries...just enough sweet to balance out the salty.
