Making me feel sick? Every time I eat one (and I LOVE EGGS!) I have felt a bit sick afterwards. I eat them most styles and I think I have tried every style possible so far (what versatile food, eh?!)

I am sad that they make me feel sick, this has only happened the last few days. Anyone else had this? What could it be? I have not been over-eating eggs at all, and I also have tried them with meat, without meat, in butter, devilled, scrambled, poached, fried in oil, omlettes etc etc.

Don't know what it is? I hate to exclude more from my diet so I hope someone has an answer for me!

Thanks in advance peeps and have a happy new year!!!

While you don't say you are eating many eggs, what is many to you? The program is not causing you to have a reaction to eggs, so I think you need to look for something else going on. Maybe relying on them too much for a protein source, or are you preparing them differently, change of brand of eggs? I would lay off for a while and see if it changes. Perhaps it is the time of day you are eating them, I imagine a million reasons huh! Eggs are a great source of protein but by far not the greatest sources we can choose, so maybe change up your protein sources, just for awhile. Keep us posted!!!

Fabian, I am sensitive to eggs if I eat more than one. If I have a three-egg omelet I might have gastric problems in a few hours. When I had allergy tests years ago, egg whites were on the list. I know allergies can come up without warning, so you might have developed one. I hope not.
