I went to the gym this AM & spent an hour on the elliptical.:cool:

Yeah Liz :D! However, you might want to consider skipping the elliptical for a couple of days and doing something different for your cardio :). When we do the same things over and over (weights or cardio) our bodies adapt and the workout is no longer as effective as it could be. Just a suggestion :D!
