Breakfast: Meeting at Cracker Barrel, hopefully I won't get into too much trouble. Eggs and bacon sound pretty yummy.

Lunch: Meeting out, caesar salad with salmon will do it there

Dinner: Turkey patties on the grill and fresh asparagus

Should be able to get to the gym this afternoon, and really have noticed I am down on my water, drink drink drink!

B: eggs; coffee/splenda/cream (MamaT is back to cooking for me in the mornings...what a WOMAN!!!)

L: salad w/cheddar, cukes, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, ranch...notice anything missing? PROTEIN!!!

S: 1 serving of Lindt 70% choc

D: 3 baked chicken thighs; lc caramel flan (see the recipe section...wow!)

S2: 1/2 serving of Lindt 85% choc (yes, I FINALLY found it!)

Today is not as planned out as it should be...

B: water, a protein drink and a cup of broccoli/cheese and bacon suop (I made it too salty, oops)

lunch: more broccoli soup and some leftover steak

Dinner: maybe some low carb pancakes, or some chicken if I have energy to cook! I'll edit afterward!

Snacks: almonds, cheese and pork rinds.

Trying to drink copious amounts of water, taking cod liver oil w/ lunch and supplements throughout the day.

I had a shake and small almond muffin for breakfast again, but went shopping today, so there will be more choice tomorrow :).

Lunch was toasted desem bread with potted shrimps and a satsuma.

Dinner will be the rest of last night's pork casserole with some broccoli and a glass of wine.
