You can look up nutritional info for many products here, and hit a button and it adds them to your fitday custom foods(you have to be logged into fitday at the time you're doing this.)
Neat. Saves typing.

Cool! Thank you so much! I go out to eat about every other week & this makes things so much easier! I usually have go to the chain's website to find out what is LC and then I have to manually enter everything into Fitday. But this sure will expedite things!
Thanks again!

Thanks Dan.
It was such a chore adding a new food and I'm not sure how the list of recent items is kept but ocaisionally things slip off (I think this is done to promote buying the $20.00 version) and it easier to have your own custom food in there to save looking through several pages to find something, especially spices.

Incredible tool! I love it. I tried to use Fitday before, and it got to be bothersome...this is incredible.:D
Well HERE is an old thread!!!
We have had discussions about fitday and recipes.
Well, I figured out a little trick.
Use an upcoming day, enter the ingredients in your recipe to get the counts. Then PRINT THE FITDAY PAGE. Then you "customize" something to make it match your recipe.
I do this a lot with casseroles.
Okay, then I save the printed fitday pages in a three ring binder so I remember how to make the item again and have it match the "item" I customized.
Did I use a whole onion, or a half, or no onion at all?
Did I add an egg??
What kind of meat did I use??
It's all there, so I can make it again the same way!
I know, y'all probably knew this already...right??

Well, there you go! That has been my biggest problem with using FitDay. I've used the upcoming day to do my figuring, but I never thought to print it out! Duh!
