Just yogurt. I still can't get much in. I have a small throat but never had this happen before. I don't think I can count this as on plan.
I am feeling better though. The feeling of being hit by a semi is gone and everything does not ache as much.

I actually tried a shake for breakfast this morning. And even liked it! I mixed yogurt, about half a square of Lindt 85%, mixed to a paste with water, a Tbsp of espresso, an egg yolk, a few drops of vanilla extract and a Tbsp of almond butter. I had it with a small almond butter muffin to get the protein up a bit. It was a sort of adaptation of Gaelen's hazelnut mocha shake, but without flavoured coffee beans or protein powder.

Lunch was smoked mackeral pate (smoked mackerel mixed with Greek yogurt and coarse grain mustard), half spread on a piece of toasted desem bread, and the other half stuffed into cherry tomatoes.

Dinner (if I get away from the computer for long enough to get it started) will be a pork casserole with some sort of veg. I'll make enough that it will do tomorrow night as well. I'm trying another new recipe from Paula Wolfert's Slow Mediterranean Kitchen. The ones I've tried so far have been excellent.

Breakfast and lunch were both followed by a small (1/4 cup milk) cappuccino, and dinner will have a glass of wine with it.

Today is going to be a real problem food-wise. I babysat until late last night, so I'm dragged out this morning with no time to fix breakfast so my breakfast was a protein bar. I also didn't have time to put together any snacks.

Lunch will be tuna salad on lettuce.

I needed that snack that I didn't bring to work. I got a bag of trailmix from the junk food machine. According to the bag, 1 oz is 9 carbs. I taped up the bag so that I can have the other ounce another day.

Dinner, since I wasn't moving fast enough to get anything out of the freezer, is up in the air.

Oh, and last night's crock pot meal was pretty bad. My husband liked it, but my granddaughter took on taste and refused more. I knew then that I was in trouble because the child is a good eater and likes most things. I wasn't much more impressed.

#1 (waaay too early) - Atkins RTD shake, hot decaf tea, splenda
#2 (mid-morning) - scrambled eggs with bacon (chopped into it) and cheddar, more hot decaf tea, splenda
#3 (noon) - chicken breast (catered, guessing 5 or 6 oz), slice of white cheese on it, 1T salsa, salad (romaine, cucumber, tomato, red cabbage), ranch dressing
#4 - 2 string cheese, small amount 70% chocolate, hot tea
#5 (7:30 p.m.) - 2 oz chicken breast, 1 c "ground turkey soup", 3/4 c Eden black soy beans, 1T cod liver oil, herbal tea
#6 - 1.5 oz Blue Bunny Carb Freedom Yogurt, 2T flax seed meal, 1/2 scoop unflavored whey protein powder

Hope you had a great day!

Totals wound up (to the best of my knowledge since catered food was consumed):

Protein: 156
ECC: 33
Fiber: 25
Fat: 166
Calories: 2374

Fat and calories a little YIKES, perhaps. I'm counting the day as a success, however. All food was true to the plan, I purchased and consumed cod liver oil, had a great 50 minute workout at Curves, not up to proper water levels yet, but getting there. Maybe should have eaten a little less, maybe it was ok.
