Hi, started this thread, someone can move it to the top if they wish.
Today was: Body Flex + aerobic/breathing/toning tape and
Callenectics 20 min stomach tape.
Still doing cardio at the gym, am up to 20 min on the treadmill and light resistance with weights 2xweek.

I got in my M & S today ... a few times.
Feels good to be back in the full swing - M & eating right!

Agnes - Great to see you back in the swing of things :D!
My M&S is done for the week - finished it up this morning :).
Anyone else out there getting some M&S in?????

Thanks, Shadow, for putting a sticky on the thread. Don't ever feel afraid to start it and I bet you won't be playing "alone" for long!
Today: body flex regular tape, aerobic/toning/tape, & callenectics for hips/behind. Wow, I had forgotten how hard callenectics tapes are, no stress on the joints, but, boy, what a work out.

I don't know, Claudette - I was pretty much a ship adrift at sea last week ;) :lol:! I agree - Callanetics is very tough :eek:!
