On my way to the Y. My calves and hamstrings are feeling it from the biking yesterday, but upper body can hurt tomorrow from today!
Did 15 minutes on the treadmill, got in a mile and then did obliques, tri's, shoulder's and abdomen..total 35 minutes
Total for week: I think...80! Lots to go!

lol Billie, I hear ya!
I was wondering which parts of my body were out of shape the most from my 5 week hiatus. Well I did toal body yesterday and thought for sure my entire body was going to be feelin it pretty good. This morning though my legs are fine, not sore at all but my upper body is well... FEELIN IT! lol So I guess my upper body is what suffered the most. Today I'll be focusing some more on my middle core later with the pilates so I'm sure that it is probably going to be a little sore tomorrow. I can tell my belly is a bit worse for the "non wear" lol.

I did, I'm just so swamped at work that posting didn't happen. Took the bus downhill, walked for about 15 minutes at lunch, and then it took me about 20 to make it up the hill last night -- I had to stop for a couple things, so that added a few blocks to my walk.

Amazing to see how much being home, under less stress and having a routine keeps one feeling refreshed and ready to work out! lol

Oh yes - there are definite advantages to our routines on home turf :p! But I guess soon the apple cart will be upset again when you move?????

That will be GOOD stress lol..... Not the stress of taking care of sick people and being away from my family. PLUS I refuse to let myself get sick to boot! :p
