I take a lot of stuff amounts to 8 carbs a day how would I figure that in 10 carbs per meal????

I would consider them in with snacks or spread them out a bit but include them in your daily count.
8 ECC seems pretty high for supplements. Where do you get 8 carbs?

well my vitamins have 2 and I take 2 a day plus my glucosamine has 2 and I take 2 of them too...plus I take cranberry capsul and biotin and natures calm I am trying to get over the effects of Kimkins and you know how dumb I am? I actually ate 500 -800 calories per day...Plus I take 6 prescribed medications too.. Thats a lot of stuff I am exhausted just taking pills yikes

The overall guideline for Protein Power is 30-40g per day. If you allow 10g for your supplements, then you have 30g for the rest of the day. Really, the numbers aren't there to make us measure our broccoli to laboratory accuracy. As long as you're reasonably careful not to go over your allowance with your meals, I wouldn't stress about the supplements, especially if you divide them up between your meals.
For now, getting the extra nutrition your body needs is the important thing. You'll also benefit in nutritional terms by using most of your carb allowance for colourful non-starchy veggies.
By the way, lots of bright people were lured by the KK siren, don't beat yourself up about that. The important thing is that you saw the importance of long term health. It's good to have you with us :).
