This morning I did 60 min on the elliptical. Depending on the boys, I may or may not make it to a Pilates class tonight.

40 minutes is what I could get in so far today and that will probably be it. But glad I committed to that. 20 minutes on the bike, 5.5 miles and 20 minutes of tri's, bi's and neck.

First day back full throttle and I must say it feels great!

30 min on the ArcTrainer (really surprised i made it that long! lol) Lower resistance than I left off with but felt great!

30 min total body on resistance machines. Doing the resistance machines for this week to make sure I get back into the swing of things safely and with proper form.

I entered a contest which starts on this coming Sunday. Biggest loser (fat loss) & Biggest gainer (muscle gained). Those are two seperate categories. Obviously I'll be going for the Fat loss! lol It is a 6 week contest so wish me luck!

I got in a 2.5 mile walk... every, single, step, hurt as my fibro is FLARING, but I'm proud of me!

But the WP must say she is so very, very proud of all of you :D! Imagine my joy checking in today and seeing how you were all out there moving it yesterday! I think you all deserve gold stars for the day - and now I expect to see a lot more days just like this in the future :)!!!

Thanks! It's nice to have someone (or several someones) here cheering me on.

Still working on making room for the Slow Burn, but I'm pretty proud of being consistent and getting bit by bit on track with a lot of stuff in my life, not just the exercise component.

On a side note, my favorite coffee shop is offering free coffee from 1 til 3 every day this month, and a co worker and I are taking a 15-20 minute afternoon break, walking over (for a small cup of regular or decaf, I'm not going nuts here) and enjoying the sunshine. It's doing wonders for my general spirits to get out of the office consistently!
