Good morning!

This morning I did 55 min on the elliptical then took a Pilates class. I'm actually feeling it more in my triceps than abs this time...we did a lot of Pilates pushups. I had to do the modified kind since I'm such a wimp when it comes to upper arm strength. :rolleyes:

Liz - Congraulations on the great workout :D! As for the modified pushups, we all have to start somewhere, girlie, and this simply gives you a goal to work on :cool: ;). If you were able to achieve it all from the start, there wouldn't be much point in doing it :p.
