Good morning!
This morning I did 55 min on the elliptical then took a Pilates class. I'm actually feeling it more in my triceps than abs this time...we did a lot of Pilates pushups. I had to do the modified kind since I'm such a wimp when it comes to upper arm strength. :rolleyes:
