My name is Laurie and I'm new to your forum. I am totally new to the concept of Protein Power. I did a bit of reading and noticed that a lot of the menu is incorporated with the lowcarb way of eating. This was kinda surprising to me. Now I did do low carb before and honestly, it wasn't something that I was prepared to do again. I just don't feel like I have the discipline. But I think I can somehow incorporate the two. Just within the past month I have made one change and that is two eat 6 times a day. That has taken a bit of getting used to but I think I'm good with it now.
I just got the Protein Power book today and I have a lot of reading to do. So..I am here but will be lurking around until I figure out what I'm doing. Thanks for having me.
