Begin with the end in mind.

Are you like me and have trouble sometimes "visualizing" what you will look like? Are you having trouble thinking of how the jeans will look or feel or how you feel when you walk into a room and people say, "Billie, you look so great".
I think on the way to getting healthy, we sometimes, at least I do, lose track of how we will look in the end, and really that is what we should have focused on, well one of the things, since the beginning.
Over time we have suggested a few things, but we have lots of new members and I thought we could share our tricks to keeping the end in mind.
One that really does help me when I am having trouble focusing is putting up a picture of new dress, a new look that I would love to wear.
Put up your old cholestrol scores :D
Pictures! Argh I know but what a great reminder of how we used to look--but don't forget to "downsize them as you downsize
What about a wish list of activites you always wanted to do and couldn't just because of lack of energy or your size?
Please add your own and share, but sometimes it is very helpful to focus on the end, it makes the daily going alot easier!
