Hi
I recovered from CFS using the protein power lifestyle plan and I am about to publish a book of CFS recovery stories.
I am looking for anyone else who has recovered from CFS on a low carbohydrate diet. I would like their story for the book. If there is anyone can they please respond to this message? I don't have an email address for a week, so I will look back at this message board hoping for a response.
in hope, and thanks.

CFS = chronic fatigue syndrome for those who pm'd me and asked.
Daffy, I've moved your post to this section. CFS is a health issue, and discussing how PP can alleviate symptoms fits in here better than in either of the forums where you put it. If you want to share your own 'Amazing Story' --specifics, not just a statement that you cured yourself--please feel free to do so.
As for soliciting others' stories for your book...It's one thing to share your experiences with others. It's something else again to post an open request for others' stories, hoping to get more material for your own commercial project. Please feel free to share your own experiences, but understand that when members of this community post here, they aren't giving you leave to use their material or information in your book.
An example--I'm writing a cookbook (yeah, I know, I've been working on it since the FIRST incarnation of this board...there was that chemo thing that kind of slowed me down for awhile, though...) I'm up to 120 tested recipes, but some sections are not thoroughly tested or complete. Still, while I told everyone long ago that I would write the book, I didn't solicit recipes and material by posting an 'open call,' here or anywhere else. I've searched and researched recipes, written my own, tested and retested and analyzed. And when I see something I like and don't already have, I contact the author privately to ask if s/he'd like to be included in the collection.
No one here should be under the illusion that s/he is writing in confidence--this site is 'spydered' over 100 times every day. But the members who post here may not intend that their stories be published elsewhere, either. So please, feel free to share. But be aware in doing so that this is a community of people exploring Protein Power--not a community of potential research subjects.
