my lastest cholesterol test

I'd appreciate any thoughts about my Cholesterol results since starting LC in september 05. I thought my total Chol might start coming down now? :confused:

It doesn't necessarily has to come down but the different players change in a way that the ratios, which are more indicative of any problem, improve as you can see with your HDL and your triglycerides. Since sometimes LDL (mostly larger LDL particles) also increases, that affects the total number for cholesterol. We can't see much more from your numbers since we don't have any LDL values (hopefully the profile and not just the calculated number). However, at a glance, you see how your HDL has increased and your triglycerides decreased, which is what is expected.
