I am planning on going to the gym today and do a combination upper body and cardio. Plastering the time in my schedule this week has helped me get there, putting myself first for a change during the work days does work some wonders. 50 minutes to complete my 180 minute gym goal, see you at the "thinnish line"

Down the hill, up the hill. about 40 minutes total walking.
long, freakishly bad day. Only went uphill because I got home too late to take the bus. Hehe.
Yay overtime!
