Breakfast: kipper; raspberries & cream; cappuccino (made with 1/4 cup milk)
Lunch: mortadella (this was a better one than we had the other day, it came with our recent on-line Italian food shopping); rocket dressed with olive oil, lemon & pecorino romano; roast beetroot dressed with olive oil & sherry vinegar. Tangerine. Cup of espresso.
Dinner: char-grilled red and yellow peppers in olive oil, with capers & oregano; chicken breast with lemon cream sauce & broccoli. Glass of wine. Square of 70% chocolate.
Things are starting to pick up at the farmers market :D. Today's haul included eggs, milk (6% fat :cool:), double cream, cucumbers (looks like the Greek salad season is here), beetroot (tiny beetroot with masses of leaves, which are my favourite bit), spinach, broad beans (not exactly low carb, but I can fit in a few :) ). I was trying not to carry too much because I don't want to reinjure my back, so I decided I'd better not add any more :(.
