I've seen several references to parchment paper. Where do you buy or get this item? Thanks.

Do you mean baking parchment? I buy it from the supermarket - they sell rolls of it, usually somewhere near the kitchen foil. I'd assume it's similar in the USA.

Like Mitra said, if it's baking parchment, it's in the aisle with the foil, near the Saran wrap. Reynold's puts one out - it's in a slimmer box than the foil, slightly different blue color, with white. I just put all that info in, 'cos I had never heard of it, and when I went to find it, had to go shelf by shelf, inch by inch, 'cos my eye kept skipping it.
Works like a dream!
