Hi everyone,
Winnie - sounds like a good menu. I wish I could eat the lc ice cream but it seems to stall me (probably because I can't eat it just once in a while)
Breakfast: berries and cottage cheese
Lunch: lc frozen dinner (chicken in red wine sauce with broccoli and a little red pepper and mushroom) with added chicken
Dinner: chef's salad with mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, cheese, turkey bacon, ham, chicken and Italian dressing
Snack: probably a square or two of 99% cocoa chocolate (from Lindt, basically has no carbs but is the most bitter thing you can imagine, but chocolately in the real sense) with some peanut butter to add sweetness

I get them at Trader Joe's, but I've also seen them at Whole Foods (aka Whole Paycheck). At TJ's, they run about $1.69/bar. At WF, they're closer to $2 -- but WF has the elusive White Chocolate flavor, which I've never seen at TJs.
I like the peanut butter flavors (they have creamy and chunky), and the Brownie Crunch is good, too, as is the Chocolate Fudge. I just like them because there's a ton of protein (like 20g?) and no weirds stuff. They're a nice snack for me on the ride home. :)
Winnie.
