Okay...get back on plan...


B: 3 eggs, 1/2 cup chicken taco meat (6ecc), 2Tbsp sour cream (1ecc)
L: 1 whole clausen dill (2ecc), 2 chicken sausages (2ecc), 3 romaine lettuce leaves (2ECC)
Sn: 1 HB egg, 1 oz mixed nuts (4ecc)
S: 2 cups steamed broccoli (6ecc), 1 (or 2) grilled turkey patties (ground turkey, carrots, celery, garlic, onions in food processor, so maybe 1ecc each)

Okay, that would put me at
25ecc for the day...sigh...I can DO this...

I had:
B - Chicken liver & bacon, then some cooked rhubarb with the "almond custard" I made yesterday. Cappuccino.

L - Hot smoked salmon, mayo & capers; raspberries

D - Chicken breasts with lemon & parsley, some unidentified green stuff vaguely related to broccoli that came in a veggie box. Raspberries. Glass of wine. 10g dark chocolate.

I'm experimenting with something a little closer to purist, starting a couple of days ago - though I did have milk in the cappuccino, so not totally purist. Not to mention the wine and chocolate - but no wheat, and not very much dairy. The bad news is that today is the first day for about six months that I've not needed to take an antihistamine. Rats. I may have to carry on this way :(. Not this weekend though - I'm not ready to inflict it on our guests ;).

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, ham steak, cottage cheese, coffee, cr

Snack: tea

Lunch: lc meat loaf, broccoli, monterey jack cheese, apple w/peanut butter, diet coke

Snack: tea

Dinner: pork loin with sour cream sauce, grean beans, Lindt 85% choc. sq
