It's bad when I start this thread!:rolleyes:

I had a great workout today. 60 punishing minutes at the gym. Gabe did some stretching and then went to another weight room and I stated with thread mill and then the machines and worked up a sweat lifting the weights, then followed with an end of bicycle.

On the physical side of things, we drug out some of the patio furniture, washed the furniture, swept the porch and planted some lovely pansies, I had to see some spring!;)

Depending on the weather tomorrow is raking.

As for me, I took 2 classes at the gym...Pilates & a weight resistance class using dumb bells & bar bells working the triceps, biceps, quads, back, shoulders, & floor work for the abs. I don't remember working the hamstrings, though. :confused: I then did 60 min on the elliptical (Shadow, surprise, surprise :D ) and then played in the pool with my boys for an hour. Then I sat in the whirlpool for 5 minutes. Boy, did that feel good! :cool:

Hi, y'all, this am it was: one hour on my favorite hiking trail at the state park. Since I haven't walked, much less done any hiking trails in two weeks, I know I will be sore tomarrow.

Good long walk and talk with yourself is a great way to spend a Saturday!
