B: Chili Blanc from Atkins cookbook but used black soy beans instead of cannilini (MUCH lower carb) and added cheese/sour cream
L: chicken ceasar salad (will eat 1/2 the croutons)
sn: string cheese, 1/2 apple (if needed)
S: 1/2 apple, turkey/cheese pita OR chili blanc
No matter what happens today, I'm STAYING ON PLAN!!!

S: 2 LC whole wheat tortillas w/ 1T each organic PB, coffee w/ SF creamer
L: chicken side-by-side from Baja Fresh, 2oz sour cream, pico de gallo

S: almonds (1 oz)
L: Roast chicken with small avocado
S: sausage
D: Maybe LC pizza (no dough). We'll see.

B: bacon and eggs and pan fried mushrooms
got terribly busy at work (small handful of prawn crackers)
and uuh nothing else so far. I'm going to bed in a few .. I should try and get another meal in first perhaps

HI, ya'll, thanks Amy for starting this thread.
Here was my day.
B-eggs, bacon, lc toast w/ smear butter/sf jelly, tea
S- oz butterkase cheese, two tiny sour dill pickles
L- backed chicken, cauliflower w/ sprinkle of cheddar, pineapple, diet drink
S- spam slice( leftover)
D- Mexican Restaurant with INLAWS, few tortilla chips, taco salad w/ salsa, sans shell, T. Queso, tea.
