BP and diabetes better

I am new to PP in the last 4 weeks, but within the first 5 days my blood pressure dropped to the 90/50 range several times a day and the doctor took me off of my BP meds after taking them for 20 years. My husband ALSO went off of his BP meds within the same 5 days and all of his diabetes medication within 2 weeks. He also does not need his reflux meds any more. It is amazing--we are watching both blood pressure and blood sugars closely and they are perfect. My doctor is drawing blood every two weeks and my potassium is fine. I know this is remarkable, but it is TRUE. We are also loosing weight. Amazing stuff.

This is what PP woe is supposed to do !! Of course most of us (me included) are wanting the benefit of weight loss too. But this part of it is much more important !! Keep it up. Anc congratulations to you both.
