Hi.

B: 2 LC whole wheat tortillas, each with 1T peanut butter

S: coffee w/ 2oz SF creamer

L: goat cheese, red pepper and walnut salad from Trader Joe's

S: thinkThin bar (2ECC)

S2: 1/2 of a LC chocolate bar (4ECC)

D: LC burger from Carls Jr. (I love these things when I'm craving fast food)

S: SF jello w. .33c cool whip

Totals:
Calories: 2058
Fat: 134g
Carbs: 69g - 27 g fiber = 42ECC
Protein: 99g

I'm pretty pleased with this, actually. As hard as we worked at doing the baby-shower prep, and as hungry as I was, I stayed on plan. Yay. :)

I did really well on the plan untill tonight. :thumbsdown:

DH had to leave early for his committment tonight. I just started to go get hamburgers for us to eat bunless,(this was all my fault, since he said he didn't need any extras) then I sucumbed and got off. I won't go into the gory details, but, will get back on plan tomarrow.

I felt since I am going to post everyday no matter what, I will post my failures as well as my good days.

Here is to a better day tomarrow.
