L: 6oz rotisserie chicken, 1c cabbage/lettuce, 1/2 clausen pickle (P:40, C:3)
su: 4oz beef roast, 2oz cheese curd, 1c carrots/onions (P:44, C: 15
sn: 3oz cheese curds (P:21, C:3)


Totals:
Protein - 139
Carbs - 30

(I may add a Latte while on the road...we'll see, but it would add 10ECC to my carb total).
