B: 3 eggs, 2 sausage, 3/4c strawberries, 1c LC milk (P: 34, C: 9)
L: 4oz chopped steak, 2 laughing cow cheese, 1/2 clausen, 1 med carrot (P: 24, C: 8)
Sn: Protein bar (P: 14, C: 4)
S: 4oz hamburger, 2c lettuce/cabbage, 3/4c green beans, 1oz cheddar, 1T ranch, 1HB egg (P: 32, C: 10)
Totals:
Protein: 104
Carbs: 31

Here is mine. Really need to do a end of day post to update.
B- eggs, turkey sausage, sf ocean spray cranberry juice
S- 1/2 atkins caramel bar
L- leftovers: homemade veggie soup, asparagus, hewbrew national beef hot dogs w/ havarti cheese, sf jello
S- 1/2 atkins bar
D- stuffed red bell peppers, beets cut up like shoestring potatoes, green salad w/ lc dressing, few grapes

I've merged them, Claudette :). It still amazes me when I do something like that and it actually works :lol:.
protien shake after work out..whey with glutamine in it
5 egg white omelet with one egg yolk, tomatoes and peppers inside
coffee
chicken breast and broccoli
1/2 cup cottage cheese
steak on grill and spinach salad with all kinds of stuff in it sans dressing

Claudette, I like to post any changes I make, therefore being REALLY truthful in what I'm eating!!
Went out for my "sunshine" (in quotes because it's sleeting outside) and stopped at Caribou Coffee...got a small Kahloua Latte. I believe from the "coffee" thread, we've decided it's 10ECC.

B: Atkins Shake
S: cheese stick, sugar free chocolate (good thing I had counted out what was legal, the way the day is going, I could have polished them off)
L: salad with ham, hard boiled egg, and turkey, greek yogurt, protein bar
D: will be lc chili with black soy beans
s: I added a lc finger cake after my meeting. I figure I earned it. I didn't have any of the homemade chocolate chip cookies that were at the meeting.

Hi. Oh, today has been a big carbage day. Woe is me.
B: protein shake, coffee w/ SF creamer
S: LC whole wheat tortilla w/ 1T peanut butter
L: GBS w/ .25c tuna salad, 2T thousand island dressing
S: piece of birthday cake.... with lots of frosting. ugh.....
D: (planned) ground turkey taco meat on bed of lettuce w/ salsa, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream
So, the birthday cake was my downfall, and now I'm paying for it. But, I get up and move on and eat lots of protein and eschew carbs the rest of the day.

Hi all, here's what was the menu for today:
Breakfast: lc pancakes w/blueberries and butter syrup, sausage, coffee w/cr.
Lunch: lc tortilla "ham and cheesewich", dill pickles, tea, Lindt 85% choc sq.
Dinner: grilled chicken breast salad w/boiled egg, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar cheese. Ranch dressing, coffee w/milk.
The day went by to quickly for snacks, but I still have carbs left if I want some strawberries later on tonight. We'll see.

I changed my food today, but not in a bad way.
I skipped my green beans, and added 2 slices of turkey to my supper. I was so hungry I couldn't/didn't want to wait for the meat to cook.
