Hi, everyone. I'm feeling pretty darned good today -- I've noticed that if I start my morning out w/ a protein shake, I have LOTS more energy throughout the day. I feel positively peppy! I've also done really well this week keeping my ECCs down, thanks to some good planning, and a trip to Trader Joe's for LC snacks.
B: chocolate peanut butter protein shake, 16 oz coffee w/ 2 oz SF creamer
S: 6" LC whole wheat tortilla w/ 1T peanut butter, .5c pistachios (measured in the shell)
L: GBS - lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, red & green bell peppers, coleslaw, cottage cheese, chicken breast, thousand island dressing. 3 SF peeps.

D: roasted chicken, asparagus w/ lemon and butter
S: 2 SF popcicles
