Hello! Happy Wednesday!

B: chocolate/peanut butter protein shake, 16 oz coffee w/ 2 oz SF creamer

S: 6" LC whole wheat tortilla w/ 1T peanut butter

L : BGS from Subway (lettuce/spinach mix, shredded cheese, sliced olives, cucumbers, green peppers, oil/vinegar) w/ tuna salad, iced tea/SF lemonade mix

S: thinkThin LC energy bar (2ECC)

D: chip-less taco salad (made w/ ground turkey), salsa, lettuce, sour cream, cheese...

S: 2 SF creamcicles

Total calories: 1844
Fat: 108g
Carbs: 68g -27g fiber = 41ECC
Protein: 143 g
Water: 3.5L

How about you??? :)

Breakfast: protein shake w/berries, greek yogurt
Lunch: tuna salad
snack: Dove Dark promise square (just 1)
Dinner: don't have a clue

I'm gong to eat at Italan rest and order eggplant parm.I wonder how many carbs to count.

That can be surprisingly high. I make a version with ground almonds instead of breadcrumbs, and still, with a few grammes each from aubergine, onions and tomatoes, it came to 10-15g carb per portion (depending on the portion size). If the aubergine slices are breaded it would be higher.

Today I had:
B - cottage cheese with rhubarb & ginger, cappuccino
L - canned pilchards on toast (failure to plan! The carbs would be ok for maintenance, but I'm trying to shed a couple of extra pounds that have crept on, and it could have used some vegetables in any case :rolleyes:)
S - almond cracker with taramasalata
D - moussaka with green salad, glass of wine

I ordered eggplant florentine w/ extra mozz and parm cheese , and ate 1/2 ,counted it as 21 carbs
ate no pasta or bread
