Today's menu:

B: eggs, lc waffles w/ sf syrup, bacon, sf ocean spray citrus juice

L; homemade pimento cheese on lettuce w/ few cherry tomatoes, few dill pickles, raw cauliflower, celery

S: lc milk, raw veggies

D: Planned: Chicken Alfredo made with lc Alfredo sauce over dreamfield's pasta, green salad w/ mixed veggies, lc dressing, sf jello

Hi.

OK -- we're redoing our kitchen, so I can't use my oven.

B: 3oz rosted chicken breast, 16 oz coffee w/ 2 oz SF creamer.

S: LC tortilla w/ 1 T peanut butter

L: (i have no idea what i'm going to eat -- cottage cheese w/ something??)

I'm chairing a bowl-a-thon this afternoon, so I'll probably pick up something on the way home...

you got it Win, Good Luck !!

Breakfast:..lc sausage gravy...coffeew/cr...1 egg...slice of tomato

Lunch:...lc tortilla ham and cheese "sandwich" with mayo, tomatoes, onion...jello with strawberries

Snack: tea....celery sticks with peanut butter

Dinner: We are eating out so I will probably have a steak and a salad. If the available veggies aren't lc I will ask for cottage cheese instead.

Thats my plan and I'm stickin to it.

I had:

B - Cottage cheese with blackcurrants; small cappuccino

L - Small slice of wholemeal toast, potted shrimp (tiny brown shrimps in spiced butter); another cappuccino

S - almond cracker (Gaelen's recipe) with taramasalata

D - Lamb roast with rosemary & garlic, with purple sprouting broccoli; glass of red wine.
