Hi, everyone. Hopefully, people don't mind me posting my menus here on this thread -- it occured to me that I haven't seen other posts like it. It does help keep me on track and plan for things, but I don't want to take up space if it's the wrong space to take. So... if I should be doing this someplace else, just say the word. I can take it! ;)

Here's my plan for today:

B: 1 LC whole wheat tortilla (6") with 1 T peanut butter, 16 oz coffee w/ 2 oz SF creamer

S: .5 c pistachios (measured in shell), 4 thin slices deli roast beef w/ .5T cream cheese each.

L: GBS with grilled chicken, red peppers, cukes, 2 T shredded cheddar, 1T real bacon bits, 2T bleu cheese dressing

S: I ate the GBS late (about 2 p.m.), so I wasn't hungry enough for a snack.

D: didn't have anything... wasn't hungry due to late lunch.

S: 1 c low carb cheesecake

3 L water.

Total Calories for the day: 1882
Fat: 141 g
Carbs: 58 g – 15g fiber = 43 ECC
Protein: 103

Happy St Patty's Day!

Winnie.

Win, it's fine to post your menus here. Others can join in if they want to, but the numbers seem to vary. Just carry on if it helps you.

Win,
I am glad you are starting this post daily.

It does help me immensely. I usually in the recent past tried to post my planned menu with an update later.

Today, I was of, as I celebrated St. Patrick's day, so I ate those potatoes and deserts yesterday.

Like Mitra said, it does wax and wane in participation, but when I post regularly, I really do better. It is the accountability or something.

Hugs,
Claudette
