My husband read and article on something called ribose. he ordered it for me. the study was on 5 grams 3 times a day so that is 15 carbs but it is supposed to be a real effective to increase energy levels. I will give it a try and report. Has anyone else heard of this? any one have experience to report?

Hi I felt bad that no one replied. My Aunt has diagnosed Fibromyalgia and did the exercise, antidepressant, diet type stuff trying to feel better and (get a diagnosis). She didn't have much luck but I know how debilitating it can make you feel. She finally had success with a series of shots (OW) in her lower back on either side of her spine to block the nerve pain she had. They were considered experimental so I know how anything can seem worth trying. Hope you find some information on this new supplement!

Change from taking Ribose a simple sugar which the liver has to convert to an energy molecule into an ALREADY EXISTING Energy Mole. USE RNA instead. Your body needs a lot of this to repair tissue and to transport info from Deoxyribosenucleic acid.
