Mornin', everyone!

Boy, oh, boy! Yesterday, I did a DAB (Day After Burn - sorry I couldn't remember the other acronym). I'm sure it was the Pilates class because I sure feel it in my abs and my triceps (I used a 3.5 lb bar when performing some of the movements.)

This AM, I did 60 min on the elliptical.

Next?

So far, it's been 2 brisk 15 minute walks -- to the bookstore, and back, at lunchtime. I didn't walk down the hill this morning, but I do intend on walking back up it, which is another 20 minutes, not quite so brisk but UPHILL. Seriously, it's a moderately steep grade too. Good for me! *grin*

Really wish my ankle would get better. If it's not healed up when I get back from my weekend trip, I'm going to the doc. In the meantime I'm trying not to stress it too much, but still keep up a steady walking pace that doesn't aggravate.

Yeah for you, Liz and Miralin!!! It is so wonderful to see your faithful posts every day - what wonderful examples you both are :D!

Liz - Are you maybe thinking of DOMS :)? (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)

*grin* what's even better? I got inspired and ordered a copy of Slow Burn online, and walked down to pick it up.

Go me! (I am my own best cheerleader!)

Shadow, DOMS it would be. :o

This PM, the boys & I played in our gym's swimming pool for 1 1/2 hours. Then, I dropped them off at the child care play area while I did an intro to step class. More difficult aerobically than I thought it would be yet easier than I thought on the quads.

YAY!!!! Thanks Sherry, and Shadow, and everyone else who's chimed in.

You all are gonna help keep me moving, I think. I don't do much, but I do what I can and I know that's important. And here come warmer days where my autoimmune stuff won't get so touchy.

I really like March, but not as much as I like April and May!
