I posted this in the thread for day 6, but thought it might be worth repeating in case you missed it there :). Not that anyone is hanging on my every word, or anything :rolleyes: :lol: :tongue:.


Final note to all - I think you are rocking!!! And I am very pleased with your efforts this first week. The "no" answers that I've seen were not because of any carb fests. They were illness, injury, getting too little protein, not taking supps, etc - in other words, not because you're a bunch of slackards. So take heart, everyone - if I say you rock, you better believe you do. Because like Agnes, I don't say something unless I mean it or I can find something good to say. So keep on shining, troops!!!

My week one results would be for a total of 4 points. And a vow to do 7 in week2!

Shadow,

I hate to whine, but, in clear minded retrospect, I think I should get a pass on my exercise no's, since they were illness related. On the day I went home from work, I did Intervals and over 4 miles of walking. On the day I called sick, I got my walking around stores, the mall, the movies, restaurant, etc.

I feel junky that I didn't do more, but since I'm still kind of congested, I would report both the 2nd and 3rd as Yes, as best as I can.

either way, I guess.

Sorry Max - I thought I said to let me know if/when you decided to make up for the lost exercise or count the walking :). Anyway ... consider it done.

Dr visit good this time..BP 119/76 better than before. DR wants me to cut carbs to 20... and keep up the excersize schedule. I also lost 3 more pounds today when I stepped on the scale. (scarey thing to do)
