Had a good workout today, about 25 minutes total of cardio and 35 minutes of upper body resistance. My arms were shaking on the way home...oh tomorrow I will hurt so good!

Anyone else?

Yeeeesss, Billie!

I had two hours of "hands and knee scrubbing", ripping out old caulking, and getting two bathrooms prepped to be re-caulked by Mr. Wonderful... I'm hurtin' tonight!

I had hoped to get a walk in, but after the above, and an hour of cleaning up his workplace in the garage (while he caulked!), I decided I was done! :)

Billie, that sounded like a good workout! It aches soooo good! :D

As for me, I got in 60 min on the elliptical & did about 30 min of weights. I'm still trying to find my way around the new gym and getting acquainted with the different set up regarding the weight machines. Some I haven't figured out how to use yet.

It was funny...at the gym, I ran into another person who I know! It's funny, when I joined the gym, I only thought I knew only one person who went to this particular gym. And, although I've only been a member for less than a week at this new gym, I've run into 5 different people who I didn't even know belonged to this gym.

Fantastic job, Billie :D! I'm sure glad your personal trainer is cracking the whip :p!

Sherry - Well, I suppose we can let that qualify as your workout for the day ;). Rather you than me, lol!

Liz - Not to worry, you'll get all those machines figured out in time :). It's far more important you take time to learn to use them correctly than to just jump into using them with bad form ;). Great workout for you today!

I ended up with about a 40-minute walk through downtown LA on Saturday on my way to the Clippers game. Do I get extra resistance points for wading through crowds going to the Gran Marcha? *chuckle*

Nothing on Sunday, I blew too many spoons on Saturday and was wiped out.

Lots of walking at the hospital.

BTW, Shadow, check the ODAAT thread for a link to more pics of Micaiah and the rest of the family

Aaron - You got it :D! And I'm glad you at least got some pacing in lately :p!

Miralin - I will show my ignorance here ;) and ask: what is "blowing a spoon"?
