It is a sunny day here through the streets are still wet from snow melting.
Today was a 40 minute walk with hand weights (curl every second step). I followed up with ab crunches at home to round it out.

Great job, Randy :D! Today is my last rest day of the week - so nothing for me other than kitchen prep, house chores and some spring clean up outside :).

Oh Janet - I am so envious of your farmers market! What goodies did ya get :)?

Chicken, chard (last winter the spinach went on all year, but this winter has been much colder, so only chard), purple kale, brussels sprouts, carrots, the first salad greens of the year. This time of year is a bit frustrating - it's starting to get more spring-like, but we don't actually get lots of new veggies along until late May/June, when we get things like asparagus and strawberries.
Tonight we move our clocks forwards, so it must really be spring!
Tomorrow is my rest day.
Today I did intervals on the treadmill walking and sprinting.
Then I did an ab bootcamp.
When I was done I felt so wonderful and so tired. The feeling of acomplishment from working out has no equal.
Next week I am staying at the home of my best friend and caring for two children,4 horses, two dogs, 4 cats and a huge house and mega schedules for the kids. I already have it all plotted out how I am going to survive the week, get all the chores done and still get my work outs in. They eat autrociously. I am bringing a turkey with me tonight to cook and live off of.
SAVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Janet - It all sounds good - especially the brussels sprouts :D! We don't change our clocks until 4/2 - or at least I think that's when it is ;).
Lynn - Wish I could save you from the ordeal, but hopefully your friend appreciates the sacrifice you're going to make :). At least you're preparing for it all!

Ruth - So glad you're safe :)! Great job on that workout - I'll bet that walk had a bit of both resistance and cardio :p!
