Last week to make the March challenge a winner for you:

Sunday: 10 points water, 25 points protein and 30 points exercise
Monday: 10 points water, 25 points protein and 0 points exercise
Tuesday: 10 points water, 25 points protein and 0 points exercise ARGH
Wednesday: 10 points water, 25 points protein and 30 exercise
Thursday:10 points water, 25 points protein and 15 exercise
Friday: 10 points water, 25 points protein and 15 exercise
Saturday: 10 points water, 25 points protein and on the way to the gym for 60 points exercise

Good week coming....
Sunday:10 pts water 10 pts protien 0 pts excersize
Monday: 10 pts water.. I carry the gallon with me, 10 pts protien(turkey all day) 80 pts excersize. A good day.

I'll be on challenge until Wednesday...then, taking Wed-Thurs-Friday off for a treatment.

Sunday: 10 points protein, 20 points exercise, 25 points water
(I'll be travelling later and won't be able to update this until tomorrow)
Monday: 10 points protein, 30 points exercise, 25 points water
Tuesday: 10 points protein, 30 points exercise, 25 points water
Wednesday: 10 points protein, 20 points exercise, 25 points water
Thursday: off
Friday: off

Can someone explain the format of the challenge to me, please? :) I don't understand the points. LOL

Sorry, Fauna... we had started this on our backup board, before this one went live, and darn it all, I forgot to post the "what/wherefore's" of the whole thing, and thus, those who started it the next week did as well... forgive me!

For each day that you drink 48-64 ounces of water, you get TWENTY-FIVE points...

For each day that you get your personal amount of protein in, you get TEN points...

For each MINUTE that you exercise, you get ONE point...

How's that? :)

And, then, for posting.... just add and edit as the week goes by...
