Coconut Oil

Dh ordered a jar of coconut oil from Dr. Mercola. But, we have never used coconut oil and he wasn't expecting a solid.

It actually reminds me of lard - is that what it is supposed to be like?
Has anyone used it?
Is it good?

it is solid or liquid depending on the room temp - try spreading on your lips for example - it is liquid immediately - even brisk stirring will give enough warmth to liquify it if it is solid-ish.

It seems like it has "softened" a little overnight. Haven't actually opened it yet :D
