canned mackerel recipe?

I'm not a fan of mackerel in any form, although I do like other kinds of fish. However, it's cheap and has lots of omega 3. Anybody know how to make it taste good?

Seagal, I have a couple...mainly croquettes, loaves and patties that are take-offs on using canned salmon, where I subbed in mackerel. Let me run them through Mastercook and I'll try to get them up before the weekend is over. However, I do like the taste of mackerel, so I may not be the best judge of whether it tastes 'good.' It is a heavy fish taste, and if you don't like that kind of flavor, there's no disguising it.
