Today's a rest day :cool:. And I have enough aching muscles to feel that I've earned it :D.

Are you using it today?

Janet - Just using it for a lot of physical activity ;). No exercise today :).

Today was to have been the stairs with weights over lunch but things just have not stopped at work and there is a Web Cast scheduled for early next week and nothing has been set up yet there are requests for all types of services that should be tested before the end of the day. It is one of thoise days that you look up at the clock every hour or so waiting for the day to end.

I will get out for a short run/walk/run this evening and do weights/crunches when I get in.

Randy - Sounds like you're definitely going to need the stress relief of some movement tonight after the kind of day you're having :eek:!

Did 30 mins weights
20 mins cardio and
a 2km bike ride with hubby

Today I did a total lower body work out till my legs were shaking. I have DOMS in my biceps and a little in my chest from going a week and a half with out weights. My biceps are staying hard. They won't relax. I really did quite a few curls yesterday . I really felt the burn. Today it hurts so good to stretch. I 'm feeling like a push up bootcamp beginning next week.
