Hey gang!!! I use to drink a soy drink in the mornings (I wish I could buy protein shakes more easily...) and I like it. However, hubby doesn't like it, and searching for new things, I found yesterday a new milk, low in lactose. Concretely, it contains 3.2 g protein and 3 g carbs ( of which only 0.01 g lactose) per 100 ml.

Do you think it would be a good solution for a quick breakfast in the morning? I know this is not the best breakfast, but hubby can't eat in the morning and he prefers sleeping more time and go quickly (I'm trying to persuade him, but you know... sometimes men are so big-headed... )

it isn't very much protein - I guess it depends on what else is going into breakfast.

I'd definitely be mixing some protein powder into that before I'd be considering it 'breakfast' -- another quick meal is something like nut muffins, which you can bake ahead and then just grab and go.

Thank you girls!! That means that the amount of carbs is right, doesn't it? I'll try to add some protein to complete the breakfast...;)
