Today will be a session of challenging yoga postures (as long as I can hang on to the enthusiasm that I felt for the project last night ). First, I'd better do some planning.

How are you using it today?

Well, my arms and legs are shaking, so I think I can be confident I've taken things up a notch or two . I've also ascertained that it will be quite some time before I run out of yoga postures that are challenging!

Today is our last class with the Aerobics/Kickboxing instructor as she moves on to teach larger classes. It is a makeup class for one she missed but she has been an inspiration to keep up good workouts. We have a replacement for one day/week but will have to find something else to round out the week.

Today is a rest day for me. I got to sleep in an extra hour this morning. :)

Today is officially a rest day for me. I couldn't exercise yesterday. DH and I moved the last of the furniture out of my office in prep for the flooring installers Thurs, and just moving the three desk tops down the hall to the garage had my back twinging. So I decided to just do more ice and wait until Thurs. <mumble grumble>

Janet - Somehow I thought you had come up with enough challenges for now ;). I am so proud of you!

Randy - Are you thinking of getting a video or having someone else come in to teach? I can recommend some KB tapes that are kick butt...

Shay - Isn't that extra sleep just grand on a rest day :D?

Mary - Wise decision! I know you don't want to miss the exercise, but sometimes it is the best decision :).

Today was lower body and cardio (step and floor).

Next?

And when the current batch get too easy  there's always that handstand push-up .

Today I'm giving it a try again. My eyes still hurt and my sinuses are still stuffy but I need to move. I'm chomping at the bit to get going again. I'll work out this afternoon. It's still hard to get going in the morning.

Currently we will get a replacement for Monday (our Body Sculpting instructor will give us a one hour Aerobics right after work).

We will try one video next Wednesday (Billy Blanks Boot Camp Basic) to see if any are interested in using it weekly or every two weeks.

Fridays I do the "emergency" stairs with hand weights.

If you had a good suggestion for the Kick Boxing I would appreciate it and we would give it a try since everyone is willing to commit a few bucks to any new type of workout.

Hopefully with Spring edging in there will be lots of new ways to get in workouts outside.

Lynn - I know that feeling :). But if you're still feeling too poorly this afternoon, I would suggest you stick to the weights only and give the cardio a miss ;). Just a suggestion :p!

Randy - I'll PM or email you with some suggestions :).

Janet - Oh yes, those will do the trick too !

Well, considering I can only just manage a couple of normal push-ups, I don't think I'll be getting to them for a while ;).
